Everything this Ukrainian soldier says tracks with what Wagner has done in Africa and Syria. There’s hundreds of first-hand accounts at this point, and no telling how much video evidence of these war criminals. A Pole in the foreign legion is *NOT* a mercenary according to the Geneva conventions. A Russian fighting for Wagner (or another PMC) *IS* a mercenary according to the Geneva conventions.
