I thought I couldn’t love the ukulele anymore but your lessons are opening up new worlds. Playing and learning the ukulele has helped me through a tough time in my life and has made me see light in a very dark place. Your videos are definitely a massive part of that journey ❤

@UkuleleZen Жыл бұрын
Hey Trilobots, Thanks! So glad to hear you're jamming out there in Alaska (I once flew into to Haines for SEAK festival gig 1x)>. Keep at it -- jam a little each day -- 5 min of rhythm practice each day is soothing medicine for the soul. Hold a groove slow for a while, then faster....go deep and build endurance -- like a drum circle round a fire? ENjpy your jamming and wishing you well, Stu 😊🎶🤙 Please click subscribe & turn on notifications to keep in ze loop...

Truly delightful, and definitely something to work towards! Gonna spend some time getting the rhythm from the last video into my fingers, and now I realize I have to spend some time working on my barre chords, too. Still, you said it-no short cuts to anyplace worth getting to.

Hi Stu, After Rhumba #1, I thought I’d be satisfied with doing a soft ‘up’ instead of the flat palm, as it seemed too difficult. Now I’m going to slow right down and try again. My aim is to play Sia’s Cheap Thrills with the right rhythm. Thank you🙏 for a great lesson 🎶🌷

I’ve been a follower of yours for a long time and I’m so happy for this flamenco lesson. It’s quite challenging, but each step is satisfying in its own, which gives more motivation to continue. Do you have any tips on how to do the Dm6 chord properly? The only way I can do it is if I bar the entire 4th fret with my index finger, which works too because the first three strings are barred on the 5th fret as well. But I can’t bring my fingers to the same position as you’re demonstrating. How do you practice the flexibility? Thanks again! Great lesson!
