Purchased the armor 26 a month ago and have been going back and forth with t-mobile and ulefone support and at the stores trying to get wifi calling to work on the phone. Has anyone had issues connecting to wifi calling only to make calls? Tmobile states my phone is locked by the manufacturer but ulefone states they only sell unlocked phones. I rely on wifi calling. No 4g or 5g where i live or work. Bought a new sim card, reset the phone, gathered log and video and sent to ulefone. No resolution and finger pointing has started. If you have had a similar issue please share your resolution. I'm thinking about returning it and finding another company that states works with a carriers wifi calling of some sort.

How many OS updates or security updates will the company provide? Is it getting Android 14?

I have a Armor 7. There where no OS Updates. For me that is a big disadvantage.

@@craigjoe8691 I have 3 Ulefones including the Power Armor 13 and 18T but my 26T Walkie is on the way. Even though they do not upgrade the operating systems they are not dead after 2 years. Both of my Ulefones still function perfectly with most apps and my all of my sim cards.

If your answer applies for both questions, I am good to buy this phone! 👍🏼 The phone features a 3.5 mm jack, stereo speakers and other features some reviews website say it lacks those... the only one right on is GSM Arena. They have very few. chinese phones are full of spyware and spy chips. Updates will only expose those security issues. Avoid them.

Dont bother, my phone won't turn on after 2 months, not had phone in any tough conditions dropped it 1 time, never had that even with cheap phones, terrible, just get something by Nokia Samsung I phone any of the main phones, super disappointed, the phone I'm using now has been dropped like 100 times has holes in it works phone its a cheap nokia 😂 not impressed with ulefone

I also use 18t. There is an icon for the thermal camera. It is called Myflir. Though the thermal on 18t is not the best, ulefone needs to improve on this.

I have the Ulefone Armor9, and after six months the GPS reception went really laggy, after a year mobile reception decreased noticeably, around two years mark the Wi-Fi started dropping out entirely on top of already poor signal all the time. Three years on and the touchscreen is non responsive about 50 times a day and requires screen lock/unlock to start working again. That's after three years of use in an office environment. This is a rugged phone.. seriously? Hardware issues are understandable, but Ulefone's service centre dismissal of any claims of any problems of this sort existing on a wider scale, advice to have the phone reset to factory settings each time and generally really poor and unhelpful attitude is not the after sales support a global company should be delivering. Overall really poor product and bitter customer experience with Ulefone.

I got too used (better word would be addicted 🙂) to the FLIR on my Power Armor 18t ultra, so this won't be my next phone, but it looks nice anyway. Bigger battery and, what I have just noticed, the search bar above apps reads "search apps" so it looks like it searches installed applications (as expected) instead of the entire internet ( which I really hate it on my Android 12).

Do NOT buy this if you are in or going to Australia. They just turned off 3G and they do not allow this one on the networks here because it does not support mmwave in 5G and because it doesn't connect via VoLTE by default. (Ask me how I know). Weirdly enough both the armor 10 5G and 11 5G work fine here.

I still got my Ulefone Armor X5 here,It's no longer really be getting used any more,Its about to go in the cupboard,Its also faulty and just about works.....I do like my new Mobile,I also thought I was get ready to start dancing with it LOL,Also talk to it as well,Say things like Load up KZbin,The mobile loads it up,I say to it,Sing me a song,The mobile singing LOL wft,Now days technology,Also been well worth the upgrade

​@@mikesytes This is what I am looking for in terms of camera quality. I was looking at the Doogee V max plus and the Tank 3 pro. I imagine all have about the same quality in taking pics and videos although the Doogee uses a sony camera vrs the samsung on the other 2 also the other 2 boast higher mp on the night vision. It's a tough call. The Ulefone is in my price range at max and the Dooge minimum. The Tank 3 pro is out of my budget.
