it's a fairly vanilla/normal android experience if ur coming from iPhone it'll be a huge change, if ur coming from something like Samsung with a very customized android it'll be different but not entirely foreign

specs all looking rather similar to xiaomi phones except ule's rear camera is very stable. no android company has yet surpassed iphone for front video/photos records which is important when the world is getting into making own selfie insta tiktok youtube videos for personal use and business.

My Ulefone Armor9 only lasted 6 months before starting to become unusable. A disappointing performance from a $600 at the time, flagship Ulefone product. 15mins for GPS to start working is a common fault on those, However Ulefone service was conveniently unsupportive. In a year the mobile reception decreased noticeably, around two years mark the Wi-Fi was dropping out entirely on top of already poor signal all the time. Just under 3 years on and the touchscreen is non responsive about 50 times a day and requires screen lock/unlock to start working again. A huge disappointment overall, a 'rugged smartphone' that does not manage to last one year, let alone three years of non-existing Ulefone warranty. Many many emails back and forth with Ulefone's service department only uncovered their unhelpful, shameless and dismissal attitude. I Do Not Recommend Buying Ulefone Products!

Do NOT buy this if you are in or going to Australia. They just turned off 3G and they do not allow this one on the networks here because it does not support mmwave in 5G and because it doesn't connect via VoLTE by default. (Ask me how I know). Weirdly enough both the armor 10 5G and 11 5G work fine here.
