Oh, and just about all the enviromental activists and EVERYONE from the world economic forum. AND greta thunberg. There is ULEZ obviously, then there are the plans to force us to live in pots, eat bugs and take away our car ownership. There is the banning of meat in at least one school, there are the just stop oil activists who vandalize shows and art, and let’s not forget the carbon tax.

Environment protection can be used only and only as argument for central part of the city due to wind not being able to remove stuff fast enough due how common traffic. Any other parts of London with ULEZ is literally a fine for being poor. Any generation of vehicles is required to meet more and more strict regulations by EU (UK gets the same cars). Thus, vehicle park in each country is becoming cleaner automatically every single year. Moreover, imagine I sell my car just to buy a newer one. Imagine the pollution I did by "forcing" the Earth to produce one more car instead of keeping the old one which pollutes a bit more. Thus, there's no evidence at all about environment protection when we talk about ULEZ expansion outside central part of the city. P.S. Even ULEZ in central London isn't about environment, but about cleaner air at that particular spot for people who breaths there. Thus, obsoletely nothing to do with environment.
