I’m an ex Royal Marine and Paramedic, never been in trouble until I phoned 999 due to a local lowlife driving his car at speed out side my rural located property, I took my vehicle off the road and blocked the private concrete access road opposite my house where this lowlife had gone up ( he was smoking cannabis up there). It took the police over an hour to turn up after two phone calls to them, I was taken to court on a public order section 5 and for blocking a public highway ( private access road owned and up kept by the water authority) A few weeks after the incident my young daughter heard someone in my rear private garden, it was a copper and his dog handler oppo rummaging through my garage! Never ever trust these lying dogs, I grew up being told to respect them, they are a gang of lying colluding untrustworthy tossers Amazingly they lost the 999 calls, how convenient.

A proper story that that a lot of people say, that sort of thing don't happen. People need to wake up. I know how cops protect certain people, especially if your a police grass and informant, they will protect you over someone you just tried to plunge a bladed article into. They disgust me. Back in 1986 this happened to me at Redbridge magistrates court, I was only 18 and I got severely mugged off exactly what you’re talking about😡

The real issue is, that if arrested and charged, it doesn't matter whether you're actually innocent or guilty.. unless you have a lot of money you will go bankrupt. The Police know this. Why? Because if you don't hire a legal defense you may as well plead guilty because you won't win.. and if you do hire a defense and win, the legal costs will finish you - because you no longer automatically get the costs back - maybe a fraction - but not enough to make a difference to your bank account. It's the Police's way of punishing you.. gather just enough 'evidence' to pursuade the CPS to prosecute and you're done, nomatter your innocence. There have been many people who have plead guilty and taken the sentence rather than lose their homes and savings altogether.

I've had my own experience with the CPS and shady defence lawyers. None of that comes as a surprise to me.

It's not really surprising. Someone like Sadiq khan can easily put pressure on the crown prosecution service. But if they have no evidence they would not try it. On somebody rich and powerful.

This happened too myself in the 80's, it was a driving incident where I was accused by another road user. No evidence just the other road users opinion. The police tried to throw the book at me, to see what would stick, I went to the first initial hearing & the police Sargent said just plead guilty but I said there's no evidence & I will be back with a lawyer the Sargent then said it'll cost you, my answer was no not me but you the police will pay for it. I was found innocent & all costs paid by the prosecution side. The lawyers on the other side said how did this get through the prosecution service they were shocked. So that's over 40 years ago my guess this has been going on way before this.

See my comment above. All good back then, but these days you don't automatically get your costs back, and the legal expenses are enough to bankrupt most people. The moment you're charged and the CPS agree to prosecute, you're financially done for. It's the Police's failsafe.

@@andy-maunder not for minor charges but yes for more serious ones then yes, even if they have no real evidence they will drag it out until just before the court date, then withdraw the charges. That has been happening from about a decade ago, but in my case even my lawyer was trying to get me to plead guilty because apparently the police nearly always win, my answer to my lawyer was I'm not paying you for your opinion, but to defend me / the truth & the rule of law. My lawyer presumably would have received a kick back somewhere along the line is my guess.

This has happened to me i had to plead guilty to drink driving when I was asleep in my campervan on private property i was arrested for drink driving without even being breathalised i was told to plead guilty by duty solicitor

And to top it off ive now lost my full no claims bonus so my insurance is ridiculous money also ive got to have a medical £80 and pay £90 to get my licence back 🤬

It's a very grey area, motorhomes and alcohol. I have been on a lay-by in Snowdonia in a previous motorhome. Both front seats swivelled around facing the back, window covers fitted, TV on laying in bed, chilling out, have a couple of glasses of wine or so. On this evening we got 2 great cops. Genuinely checking that everything is good and OK. See we were chilling out. Told em were on our way home after rush hour traffic next morning, could have gone a lot worse. That was the only time we ever see 2 decent cops 😉👍

This is the corruption that is flowing through our police force. They arrested me for criminal damage, and see the footage to prove me innocent but still carried on and seized thousands of pounds worth of my recording equipment.

@@Mandydoesdomes-nx7kc If memory serves me correctly they don't have to breathalyse you on the street. However someone at the nick would have to breathalyse you or a doctor would have to see you to deem you unfit to drive or take blood for an alcohol analysis reading. It's simple, if you weren't pissed up why plead guilty? They cannot forcibly take breath, blood or urine and if you do provide a sample (blood/urine) you are entitled to also have it analysed. As for where you're parked, I think it's anywhere the public have access, so locked up on a plot surrounded by a fence with locked gates means no public access. Private land that anyone can walk on to would constitute public access. I just don't get it why someone would cough to something they didn't do, no matter what the brief said, when you know they have nothing then run it all the way to a beak, make them pull out their magical evidence. What you got to lose, sentenced whilst innocent versus found guilty whilst innocent OR nfa, no evidence offered or even found not guilty.

Like many others this happened to me back in the 80's, I was only 19-20 and was had everything thrown at me from Good Cop / bad Cop, got Staled and then harassed for ages but I stood my ground and luckily they lost interest, after around 6-8 months I got SOME of my belongings back Damaged, but I was just relieved it had ended. Around 10-15v years later yet again I had a situation that involved the P due to "Others", the first thing they said to me was "I see you are Known by the Police", Hmmm I've no Record but clearly I've got a Sticky Note Still attached! Late 80s early 90s I was pulled daily. I was driving around in cosworths and a lotus carlton. Ahh he must be a Dr dealer, but then it was apparent when it became the same few cops day after day after day.

What I think is nobody is safe, nobody can rely on the justice system and clearly those who make a stand and who are prepared to challenge the system are first in line to probably succumbe to the treatment as explained in the video.

Understand what a court is and understand what the birth certificate and that police forces are businesses then you'll understand more about what they are doing.

There is information missing here. What type of offences, was the person(s) kept in custody, why only a Sgt dealing with this, the Defence Solicitors are paid for by the crown are you saying that they are de-frauding the Government ?? CPS what do they gain from this ?? To get to the Chief Con means this information has passed up the Chain of Command -many many people are involved, if-this story is correct. !!
