I was at this show as Uli’s guest!! One of the greatest nights of my life! He did not play Sundown the night before in Long island, so it was a mind-blowing surprise! Michael Schenker bailed on the night at the last minute because he realized that the last time he had played The Chance, someone threw a beer bottle and hit him in the head. Uli, being the consummate pro, played an extended set and this was one of the tunes he added much to my, and many others’, sheer delight!!

Lucky you man. That was the greatest show I saw...September in Milwaukee. He played 2 of Vivaldi's 4 seasons, Little Wing and Watchtower and a couple Scorpions songs. And Schenker followed. I saw him after the show and mentioned that I saw him 19 years earlier as that was his last U.S. performance. He was so spot on-but with feeling. Watchtower was even better than the Donnington version. But I would've loved to have heard the Electric Sun...anything that I heard some of back in 85. Hope this Covid causes him to go through his vaults with some trusted friends and pull out the best for us fans. I hope his perfectionism on records doesn't stop the best from being released. I think I saw him just before your show. Long time ago. Peace.

Hey Steve...did you record any of the Vivaldi 4 Seasons he was touring with at this show? Saw him in Milwaukee right around this time w/schenker.
