SPOILERS AHEAD If we put the opponents during the espada arc: -Byakuya, zaraki and shinji could give a good fight, they have ways to deal with his secunda etapa rather by versatility, trickyness or straight up power, but they could lose. -The older members of the Gotei stomp, except for ukitake which due to his illness could have some problems. -Komamura is a joke, and his bankai would just make him a bigger target against a opponent who hits pretty hard. -Toshiro's bankai could be his own downfall, since ulquiorra could be hard to stalmate being able to hit really hard from afar, and is arguably faster than toshiro. -Gin stomps, Kamishi no yari doesn't get much credit but is a really dangerous bankai. -Tosen's bankai puts Ulqiorra in a rough spot. -Soi fon is actually a good question, her shikai negates one of the most prominent feats of ulquiorra, is a battle of speed and most of all, soi fon not being cocky. -Yoruichi would be a pretty interesting fight, her destructive power is lacking(compared to many other captains), but she is a better close range fighter than ulquiorra and got speed on her side. -Mayuri can't take him head on, but if he got to observe him during another fight could get the tools he need to prevail. Since we are at it: -The stronger vizards would get fucked up cause I firmly believe that Kubo just hates them. -Isshin would give a decent fight, probably get woulded pretty bad, but in the end he would win. Ulquiorra was strong, but to be honest at the time we didn't see much of what captain level scales to. Byakuya and zaraki Aside, the others didn't get a significant power boost cause of royal palace training or bankai.

Toshiro’s attack range is literally about 7 miles with Tenso Jurin in *Shikai* as he stated to Kira when he fought Gin. Ulq isn’t out ranging him Speed is contentious since Toshiro consistently outpaced and out sped Halibel during their fight despite him letting himself take damage and wear himself down on purpose so he could use Tenso Jurin while injured and nerfed since he didn’t wanna kill his allies Komamura scales to Tosen who’s > all the Espada and is considered relative to Gin by Aizen Soi Fon’s Bankai would obliterate Ulq if Barragan couldn’t yank it even when he aged it and reduced the damage. And Barragan is faster than Ulq

honestly knowing the fact that we cant get a good scaling on 2nd resurrection. And the fact that laz del pargo legit is a nuke and ulquiorra said ''I'll do it again'' means he might be able to just spam it, neither have we seen him use a gran rey cero, and his regen probably outscales most dmg outputs. He wins against everyone here mid/high diff aside from Rukia's instant kill bankai, unohana, toshiro adult, and yamato, as well as possibly shinji knowing hes hollow masked but theres a chance ulquiorra would be mad at him for imating a hollow; could go either way enraged makes bad moves ore he could be relentless just like in ichigo vs him. Saying he loses to unohana but beats zaraki is crazy. Ulquiorra was in hueco mundo when doing lanza which we know gives hollows a buff. Also, if u consider tge fact the he can't control very well, it's very possible that the other espadas ranked above have reached that lvl of ap, but r able to condense it, whereas ulquiorra can't. Shinji isn't doing sht with "just" a hollow mask. A one armed grimmjow could sort deflect a full power shinjis cero with a last second cero attempt. Shunsui, zaraki, maybe byakuya, probably gin, mayuri and jushiro if he doesn't get a koffing fit, can beat ulquiorra. His regen is mostly external. He can survive for a BIT after his organs r destroyed because his regen let's him stand up, but by that point, he's already lost because he'll eventually fade away against his will.

Tousen put Zaraki in Bankai and Zaraki humiliated his bankai literally. After all Tousen had the help of Komamura both high hitting in Zaraki and Zaraki just launched (well yeah it's obviously he do this all the time) but the idea is that he tanked both of them. While Ulquiorra (in the time of arrancar arc) totally annihilate Zaraki and many more captains. People still have no idea that Ulquiorra stayed under Vasto Lorde and told him "cmon, finish it" tanking a full cero in head and still, he was able to stand for a while after. Only Yamamoto can really handle and win against Ulquiorra (during the arrancar arc as I said)

Yeah not really Tosen or Komamura I feel. But everyone else for sure, perhaps with the exception of Shinji as well. Komamura could maybe beat him, if we consider his human form but it's not that fair to bring in something that needs preparation, is one time use only and leaves the user incapacitated by the end. That feels more like a quality separate from the character
