Funnier still is that the Gillian is weaker than like 75 percent of that list lmao Makes sense though, a captain’s zanpakuto would be about the same size if they weren’t actively controlling and focusing their spirit pressure. And since hollows’ appearance and power stem from their souls the same way a zanpakuto does, it also makes sense that the same principle of size reflecting power would apply, which in turn justifies the Menos getting smaller the stronger they get (since they’re focusing their spiritual pressure the same way captains do)
