For 25 years I was haunted by a vague sense that Ultima Exodus contained the most beautiful melody to bless a video game and now I hear it again. It has been so long. Thanks for sharing. I'd love to do a metal version of this track.

this takesme back to my very young childhood when i was merely 5-6 watching and playing this with my dad, having no clue what to do, but i t was so soothing to hear the 8 bit music of this game... i miss those days

Dammit this song brings back memories. Sitting in my basement in the late 80's, I whiled away countless hours with this beloved game on my NES -- it was such an amazing game for its time! This was my favorite song.

This sounds so much like it was played with those hand-held bells they used to use in church. Granted I haven't been to one in over 20 years, I still think it'd be kinda magical to have a church-bell-whatever play this song.

I was one of the many people that could not advance much in this game... until later years that I visited a website rpgclassics and followed a guide. This soundtrack is so beautiful, I wish someone makes an orchestrated version

I wish Lord British (Richard Garriot), would step back, and listen to the kind of music his games could produce 20 years ago. He has drifted so far from what really made him, "him". I sometimes feel he is just a shadow of what he used to be, music like this defines what he once was, i hope one day he will see this and bless us with more goodness..
