You could easily use chicken mince, turkey mince, but be aware of the low fat content. Maybe add an egg or a little more oil. There’s always a way to adapt 😊

A kindred spirit 😂 No fish with the veggies!!!! My hubby is Puerto Rican and Italian. He gained 5 pounds since I found your channel!!! Sonja, if no one has told you before..... YOU TRULY WERE BORN TO DO THIS!!!!! ....I've come ALIVE in retirement cooking your recipes. I "fell in love with cooking all over again!" I have RA so I reluctantly retired as an RN a couple of years ago..I have seen people sneak homemade food into my patients rooms in the past and the joy it brought them😅. Food is indeed ❤LOVE💕

Fun fact, Gogo Squeez has a manufacturing facility near me, in northern lower Michigan. Their facility is in Traverse City, MI. I recently drove past it while visiting a different facility. It makes sense, because this area is rich with orchards and farms. The fresh fruit from the local farms are next level delicious! Adults enjoy their clean products as well!

Nothing wrong withbuying the avocado oil in plastic bottle but here is a quick tip which is soon as you buy the big plastic bottle empty it out into a dark color jar or something or even pitcher that has a lid. This is what I do all the time and whenever I need to refill the avocado oil I bring out the glass pitcher with a small funnel to make a easy pour.. @@SonyasPrep

A gutten Rosh Chodesh! Just want to let you know I made your sheet pan latkes for my family for Chanukah and it was such a hit! Definitely will be making that recipe from now on! I was curious if you make vegetarian/vegan dinners for your family during the week. Unfortunately, kosher meat and chicken is a little expensive where I live so I try to limit my animal protein for only Shabbos. I use your recipes all the time and me and my family thank you!
