I went with my first all white high end build with the gigabyte aero oc 4090/ 7800x3d/ 64 gigs of ddr5 in the white phanteks nv7 case. I play on my lg c1 65 inch 4k tv. The pc is a beast and I deep clean it once a month. I play at native 2k or native 4k high settings with or without raytracing depending on the game. I do not use upscalers.

I recently got this same pc and monitor. The monitor i got is the same as this one but mine is 1440p with a 165hz display. I havent even unboxed it yet because i have to get a desk to sit it on lol. I grab it last minute because it was bundled with my pc for $500 more. So i saved $300. Dont know about the monitor yet, but the pc itself is awesome. I got the 14900kf, 4080 super. And it's super quiet. I'm playing games at max settings, and i never hear it.

You could sit mine and the one in this video side by side and with them off you couldn't see the difference in them. And I stated that the resolution was different. It is the same monitor with a different panel.

Just Wow...! Every time I watch these unboxings, i feel kind of jealous 😅 Whenever a new game launches i have to look for the minimum system requirements so i can at least run it to complete the main story (even with sluggish game play). And here you are showing the fps @240 😂😂 Lol...!!! One day I am going to buy a system so good which can run without worrying about the minimum requirements..... One day ......for sure. Not sure if it was intentional or not but the framing of the shot where Lew was playing HD2 was a fantastic representation to those worried about viewing angles / curve nerve before buying. Been researching all the latest drops of this panel and ironically Dell/Alienware are killing the price to performance/ specs in this panel field. This particular angle just ironed out the last worried I had before choosing.

Have that same desk and monitor,. problem is that the stand is too big for the Magnus desk. You really have to use an arm in order to get your desk space back but the stand is very nice!

5:50 some additions and corrections since I own the same. The Ethernet is limited to 2.5 GbE, and no, there are no expansion options as the 4090 blocks it all, so you can't for instance fit a 10 GbE pci inside if your network provider provides it.

Do yourself a massive favor and put this company in your rear view mirror. I had the same thoughts quite a few years back and opted to buy one... nothing but a mess out of the box. Had to send it back the next day due to it overheating. Waited 3 weeks to get it back and was still doing the same thing! Wanted me to send it back a second time and I attempted to track down the issue myself. I figured it out when putting my hand at the back of the system and noticed there was almost no airflow out of the AIO fan. The cosmetic grill covering was the problem and was restricting airflow. Then it started randomly rebooting while play Call of Duty... swapped out the memory thinking that was the issue, but it kept on doing it. Enough was enough! But here's the problem... if they claim to do stress testing, then how did they not catch the overheating? And then to also miss it a 2nd time!?!? In the end I returned it and opted to build my own for the first time. My new system was WAY better than theirs and I saved around $600! My system lasted almost 10 years. Seriously, consider building yourself, or if your not inclined to try it (way easier than you may think)... then look at other smaller building companies like PowerGPU if you're in the U.S. as you'll not only get a great build, but one that more powerful and at around the same price, if not cheaper.

I got a wired AW headset, mouse and the new Alienware M18 R2 laptop and I love it. I might upgrade to the 720H headset though as the wired headset i got, the way my setup is, the wire tends to get in the way a lot.

OLED's not what it was 10 years ago when burn-in was an actual issue. Monitor Unboxed just recently made a video with the new QD-OLED panels and 1 month in of static use, there's no sign of burn-in. He'll continue with the experiment as time goes on but to those who are paranoid of burn-in, there's a 3 year warranty

​@@NexGenTek nope and last i checked OriginPC makes higher end custom Work or Gaming desktop/laptop compared to Alienware AKA Dell. even the highest end Alienware desktop only gives you a basic 240mm AIO cooler which isnt enough to keep the newest and most powerful I7 or I9 cool enough when under heavy load where OriginPC gives you a 360 AIO as a cheapo cooler but can upgrade to better one or go full custom open loop liquid cooling which is better then the crap that in the alienware desktop and no this monitor doesn't obliterates my monitor and like i said the only thing it has over mine is 240hz vs mine being 144hz which really isnt anything nor does it make you a better gamer. if anything you sound like a stupid bootlicking Dell/alienware Fan boy

Very nice system and setup. Not sure what the current upgradeability is look. RAM and GPU maybe fine, but as Dell don’t uses off the shelf parts. It makes it harder to upgrade further down the line.

Wait until the end of the year for the HP Omen 32" 4K QD-OLD. It will have Display Port 2.1, if your going to drop $$$ make sure it can actually support 240hz with no compression. RTX 4090 should have come with DP 2.1, Nivida are just too lazy, next RTX 50 will only because their completion are now doing DP 2.1

With tax, I think this entire setup costs around $4k. So, for about $500 more than an Apple Vision Pro, you're able to play pretty much everything you'd want and more and also do profuctivity stuff with a pretty beefy system. Next, you'd just have to buy the desk and chair (and anything else you'd want in your setup). But I do understand that there are other less expensive options. 🤷🏻‍♂️ (It's mostly expensive, if I am not incorrect, bc of the 4090 in it.)
