I have 94 vert e36 with cast iron m50. I fried the fuel pump. I plan on getting it louder then it already is lol sitting low on black m3 sunflowers

Basically a cheaper BMW M3 E36, it drives a bit slower, it's cool and it can be tuned with very little work too. Totally gotta get one for my first car.

M50 has potential for more power than S50 due to thicker cylinder walls for turbo applications.

It’s basically the same thing as a modern BMW 340i M Sport. It is just the sporty trim level. Just some suspension parts and a tweaked chassis from the M3. Normally nothing is really done to the engine from factory.

S is for coupe. You can have 318is. Which is coupe 4 cyl.

i = injection, S - "Sport" (so usually, a coupe). Back in the days when BMW's naming convention meant something :)

Ernesto Guzman I’m pretty sure the m50 only came in either the 320i or the 325i. So if you have either, you probably have an m50 unless it was swapped
