Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and support. You and the other instructors at Power for Parkinsons are a big reason why I’m still moving and shaking. Pun intended ❤ Thank you so much!😊

This ultimate Brain and Body is very helpful, The standing section is challenging but excellent. Thank you Polly. Greetings from Australia

Hello! It's always extra special to hear from Australia! For the standing section, do you have a chair nearby for support? That can help you through the exercises while you are working on balance.

@PowerforParkinsons8 ай бұрын
Carol, don't be too hard on yourself. These videos are tricky and strenuous. You can break them down into shorter sections (10-20 minutes), and little by little, I bet you will see improvement in your stamina. We are proud of you for trying and look forward to hearing about your progress!!

Hi Polly, I have a request. Can you incorporate toe exercises? The toes play a very important role when walking and for balance. My friend who lost his big toe due to an accident became unable to walk, ( That was more than 20 years ago and I don't know how is he doing now.) I know it is cumbersome to be barefoot in the middle,,,,,

Ho Gon, Thank you for your message! We will pass it along to Polly (and she may even reply soon!) Debbie did a video on our channel that does address the feet and toes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3zXmmCrnsuKhdk Thanks for your comment!
