It’s Saturday the 4th. I must say this is the second time with this exercise. I really like it bc first me it encompasses most of my body. I felt aerobic. See you later. Have a good weekend 🩶

Hello! It's always extra special to hear from Australia! For the standing section, do you have a chair nearby for support? That can help you through the exercises while you are working on balance.

good cognitive. stretching and motion. Would be better if more standing stuff done. Also more exercises for bradykenisia pls. we had a taste of it here. Thanx Polly. Regards to Cooper.

i like your exerises but righy now cant seem to finish each one. i find i have to lean back in the chair. hopefully i willincreas my stamina!

Carol, don't be too hard on yourself. These videos are tricky and strenuous. You can break them down into shorter sections (10-20 minutes), and little by little, I bet you will see improvement in your stamina. We are proud of you for trying and look forward to hearing about your progress!!

Hi Polly, I have a request. Can you incorporate toe exercises? The toes play a very important role when walking and for balance. My friend who lost his big toe due to an accident became unable to walk, ( That was more than 20 years ago and I don't know how is he doing now.) I know it is cumbersome to be barefoot in the middle,,,,,
