The chicken that you use for the chicken cheesesteaks, what is that? Is it like super thin sliced breast or thigh, or is it like an extruded type of meat product?

it's like a rotisserie. All the good parts together.

It is mechanically separated chicken slurry product that is turned into a deli meat loaf and then sliced thin

you should try a 43 on Rosemary Parm bread but when you're cooking the meat cook barbecue sauce in it and then it taste so good
