Wales looks so much like Seattle!! We have lots of mossy woodlands too! Instead of wild garlic, we harvest stinging nettle and fiddleheads this time of year. You posted a video awhile back with sticky willie. I picked some today from my yard and it's soaking in water right now for tomorrow's detox drink! Yay!! Love this video and all the vibes! 🙏

I am very inspired by your videos, so much that I get just as excited of making new things. Taking the time to record these videos out in nature is so impactful. Your Jamaica series reflects that same effort! Nice work Gaz ✨👌🏽😎👏🏽

Hey Gaz.. I’ve got a winter grounding hack for ya! ☺️ Any part of your body can ground and we can do that w all natural substances. The old school way is the staff. A piece of wood will ground you, so take a walking staff or stick w you when doing hikes l, or even just sitting in a chair that has plastic or rubber bottoms. A wood cane can work as long as the rubber tip (for safety 😅) is removed. Bless the woo woo grounding mama Gaia gives us!☺️🙌✌🏽
