213g sugar (1 cup + 1/8 cup)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
130g all purpose flour 1 cup
133g yogurt 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
133g oil 2/3 cup
50g coco powder 1/2 cup
50g chocolate
1/2 tsp oil
for frosting
whipping cream 1 cup
coco powder 2 tbsp
for chocolate garnish
melted chocolate as required
for ganache
50g whipping cream
40g chocolate
