I wanna say I suffered on and off for twenty years with tennis elbow in both elbows..I have tried every exercise the doctors gave me. I have spent thousands at chiropractors and physical therapist. I also tried cortisone injections with braces worn for years. None of it worked. I started working out again and within three months tennis elbow came back so severe I was looking into surgery as I was done mentally. Then I found this channel and looked at the rubber band exercise he was doing and I said hell with it I will give it a shot. When I started doing the movement I instantly felt a burning in two muscles he showed in the video. Now please understand the pain in my right elbow up to this point was unbearable I could not grip anything or straighten my elbow fully. But I swear after ten minutes doing this band workout the pain started lessening. I went to sleep and woke up this am and I’m 80 percent better and can’t believe it. Thanks for your video. It really helped me out allot.

I really like the drill . But what about the reach, roll ,and lift drill in the prone position . Do you find it effective if done correctly ?

what if you don't have an incline bench for this one or a flat bench for the elbow arch? any idea for a starting one working out at home? thank you so much for the vid, wishing to tryy it out

Question for you - from equipment required for your program it said bench press or swiss ball, does this mean your program shows how to modify all the moves (that would require bench press) with this tool instead? Or is that something that would come out of the private call times?

Anastasia Stallcop for upper body exercises u need a bench. But you can use a swiss ball if u dont have a bench. Bench is best.

@@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab Thank you for your reply! Will any flat bench do or do you prefer incline/decline one? If incline/decline - any specific requirements like adjusting to specific angles or elements of it that adjust (other than incline)? I have all the equipment requirements for your program other than the bench but I don't want to subscribe until I have what I need to get started so this is the last piece. If there is a better way to get this info, I would be happy to reach out through another channel. Thanks!

I’m seriously thinking about one one, screen time training or guidance, But I’m not an athlete or anything like that, it’s a long story but in sort leaving out several things, and others I’ve forgotten due to there being to many, had neck broken at 14 to 15 yrs old by sucker punch from 20 something boxer plus 45mins off whatever you can think of afterwards until he tagged out and bigger guy stepped in, I managed to get out after a couple more hits. Live in Australia, this during Canberra show fire works good time to get out. Yes there were Men watching, they just broke it up 4/5 times like rounds, but was no fight as king hit happened a week earlier, so triple fusion but not till I was about 20, Actually worked in hell 24/7 . Could not turn head to right 32years. Also broke second time at about 28 doing upright rows, that’s how bad PTs, Physio etc advice was and really still is. I’m now closer to 49 than 48 and all so have a Thoracic spine stimulator obviously fused to spine , limited results. Chronic nerve pain and headaches/migraines a constant, but still trying, unfortunately at the moment I’m not even able to use bands, so am using tubes. If someone reads this,after saying what a dumb ass this isn’t how you contact “ can’t remember his name sorry “ let me know or forward this on to his page, literally first time ever written anything to somebody like this, due to the above thanks Andrew

omalone11 i think i made it pretty clear. The episode before elbow arch is on flat bench. Then u do this exercise posture fly on a separate day incline bench
