We do love the kitchen windows. We built this same model with gridded windows and it's just not the same. We're going to give someone a really good deal on it so we can replace it with these. You'll have to come see the really cool kitchen window over the sink in the M-1 model. It's pretty darn impressive.

Finally found the specs on this particular home. I had to go to the RRC Athens website under display models to view bc the Rockwell website links weren’t working. This is called the Meridian M-2 on the RRC Athens website and the manufacturer is Meridian Factory Built. They have their own website which you can look up and view. I think they may be connected to Platinum Built homes as the websites are extremely similar. Platinum offers the same floor plan called the Dagger for those who live outside the RRC service area. 2040sqft. 3/2 with a flex room that could easily be turned into a 4th bedroom.

I usually don't like the multi section homes because they just look like a bunch of big square rooms with wasted space, but this design is pretty nice...i must admit i actually like this one. It does have sort of a west coast feel to it.

That is a really nice house. The manufacturer homes industry must have gotten rid of all those 1980s, and 1990s, architects. Man!! All the windows, the barn doors, the tray ceilings, flooring, and the overall design of the house. Just adds favor to a new structure. I'm also glad they rename homes to multi-section style homes. It's on point!

They need some round widows. Those perfect rectangles make it feel like a trailer. Place the windows in a more random way.

Would love to have something like this in a mini mansion size. I love that laundry/Mud room setup (great for us multi pet people to clean up all the animal stuff lol) and the side sliding glass door near the kitchen/dining area (at least it looks like one there lol) and that beautiful tub. Maybe I’d call it the “Mini M.” 😅😅 And the dark blue and white contrast is just gorgeous.

I'm in New England as well, but for only $130,000 (and it comes fully-applianced, from what I gather), I won't mind at all paying a few thousand dollars to have it shipped up to NH, where I own a parcel of land. And you being from Rhody (I'm from MA), we both know just HOW high-priced real estate is up here, so for the combination of this GORGEOUS home + the land costing realistically around $200-250,000, that's a friggin' bargain!
