Love the lay out but I would ask to change that 3 door storage closet in front of the bathroom into a Utility closet to hold a broom, mop, Bucket, Dustpans, Vacuum Cleaner or swiffer. Put a shelf or maybe 2 shelves to hold the cleaning supplies. And in the bedroom I would ask for both closets to be together side by side on the left side of the bedroom and the 4 draw Dresser on the right Off the bedroom Keeping the shelf over The 4 drawer dresser. That will work for me better... But even if they couldn't make the changes in the bedroom I would definitely ask for the changes To make The utility closet happen only if It was possible. Other than that I think it's a wonderful layout It gives you everything 1 person needs. Thank you mister Tiny For bringing us these beautiful tiny homes I'm definitely looking forward to retirement There are many of your videos that I have saved Looking forward Looking forward to meeting new person in the next 3-4 years when I'm ready to purchase my tiny home hopefuly you will still be there 🤗👍🏼

This model is beautiful. Especially the kitchen. It seems roomier at the end like that! I also love all the windows in the kitchen they will let in so much natural light. I wish I were closer. I’m in Pa lol. A side porch would be a nice addition to this model. The vaulted ceiling’s are also very nice!! The price seems reasonable too. I love it ♥️♥️

It is a nice tiny home but it's not fair that you would have to provide your own decor and furniture so that you can move in. I feel like this tiny home looks super cool but not including the furnishing come on it is not fair!

Mr. Tiny! I think that your tiny homes have the best, most creative designs inside and out. I wish they were more affordable (more around $40,000 - $50,000). I love that the bedrooms are on the first floor and not in a loft. I love all of the windows and storage. Your designs are simply beautiful!!!

This is my favorite model, almost perfect! The only upgrades I would need is s small dishwasher in the kitchen and a tiled shower. I don’t like the seats in this one takes up to much space, and I'd do a different color outside. Love the large living room with the dormer really opens up the area. Love the kitchen too!

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-in drawers in the bedroom. My most favorite part is the kitchen area with the bay windows. This would make a great starter home for someone or for those who want to downsize.❤❤❤❤

I love this model for the placement of the kitchen and the variety of ways you can setup the LR. I would put glass shelves across the bay window (have them custom cut so they actually fit into the window) and put glass decorations there so the light shines through them. Of course, plant people would put plants on them (but I kill everything).

It would be great as a vacation home or a summer home by a lake. Love the colors you chose and the fact that the living area and the kitchen are separate spaces. Perfect for someone who is single, newly married or empty nesters. Since there's no door, how do you access the hot water heater?

Not sure if you've toured or shown anything like this, but I really want a loft where you can stand in, a decent sized kitchen and bathroom, and a first floor bedroom. Any models like that? Also a living room with enough space to feature a normal sized couch! (This living room was perfect!)
