@@reece17311 not overpriced, just expensive. They are the same prices as the mall stores like HotTopic and Claire’s. Also I never had a bad experience but I’ve also never contacted customer service before soooo 😅 but I think if you want any from there it’s a reliable website to buy them from. I haven’t had any problems and I have ordered from them about 4-5 times.
