I love the way you explain each item for the brownies. I will give it a try. Thanks. From Canada.

These brownies were unreallllll! I’m not a fan of dark chocolate but I tried the mix of milk and dark chocolate in this and it was amazing. I used doves farm GF flour. Thanks for the recipe!!

Tnx ❤ looks awesome 😋 will try them tomorrow! I'm crumpling my parchment paper to a ball, AND then I soak it in running water and squeeze out the excess. So soft and easy to manage 🎉

I made these and they really are the ultimate brownie. Definitely recommend!

If you squish the baking paper, like really make it into a ball and the undo it it will be much easier to mold into your form :-) Thanks for a great video! Xo from a gluten free girl in Stockholm!!

I need to try that. What if you sprayed the pan with non stick spray or oiled it first, wouldn’t the parchment paper stick to that? - A gluten free guy, not in Stockholm, but that has been a shitload of times

Thanks so much for this. I've recently developed gluten intolerance and wanted to have cake but most gluten free cake is awful. I think you've just saved me from misery. I'm going to try it out on Monday. :)

So right you are, boxed gf cakes are awful, but there are many homemade ones that are amazing! I wish I could remember the choc cake I used to make. It had Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder in it. Now that I think about it, the recipe was on the back of the cocoa box. It was not a GF recipe, but I used Bob's Red Mill GF APF in it, and it was decadent! I can no longer read the label, but I am pretty sure it was there. I took it to a potluck that I go to once a month, and it disappeared. No one but me is GF at this potluck and they all raved about it.

This looks amazing! I've recently been diagnosed with Crohn's and I've been struggling to find food that works for me. As soon as I found this video, I've added all the ingredients to my shopping list already! Can't wait to try this! And thank you for giving me hope that just because we have a fussy gut, it doesn't mean that we can't have good food! ❤

Ugh, Crohn's. My neighbor had it and he was miserable until they found a med that worked for him. If you have not found out already, watch out for xanthan gum, it causes bloating and Sulphur gas buildup in many.

Thanks Becky! I've just come across your channel. Will definitely give these ago. Got a severe GF intolerance and can only take dairy in very small doses so I'll give the vegan version a try!

I am making these today. Looks delish! and...You could cut two pieces or "strips" of parchment to "criss-cross" the pan...like an X sort of. Then you can crease each at the bottom of the pan and at the top so it doesn't fold back into your brownies. And then you could leave idk...an inch on each side/top for lifting...hope that makes sense. There are many KZbin videos on this as well...:-)

I would love to try and make this for my (possibly celiac) sister. Can I use an 8" square tin?

Amaaaazing!! What kind of gf flour is your fave?? I can’t use anything w/ almond. Currently use Bob’s Red Mill “Baking Flour” blend, but find it still has a bit of that “dryness” we try to avoid in baked goods. Thank you - lovely presentation!💖

Hi Becky! Hope all is well. If I don't have a 9x9 pan, can I use 8x8 pan instead? If so, what would the baking time then? I hope you'll be able to read this. All the best!
