@@Caligreen I use creek silt. I put about 2 to 3 inches of creek silt in my planter about midways, with absolutely no pearlite mixed in with the creek silt itself. I use the same soil recipe as you besides the creek silt. My plants look jungle. I go dig it out of the creek myself, creek rocks and all. It's super fine. Thats why you have to use it midways in your planter. They seem to not need any phosphorus additive when I do that.

​@@Caligreen Quick aside from a dude that had his first grow in '73... The one aspect which I actually learned in '76 and has helped me immensely through the years and have never seen a video done about... chasing problems... never chase problems. If you have a issue on your lower leaves or independent leaves, but your new leaves are coming in fine, wait and watch, you may have grown past the issue already. If you see "clawing" on one or two independent leaves, switch to plain water but don't drastically change things quickly... she could just be telling you to slow down a bit. I've watched many a grower though the decades screw up 4 plants in a tent because the 5th showed issues... Again great content.

How was the quality of weed compared to now? How different were the budsizes to today and did it smell different? @@derAtze I was 14 and I had a 17 year old friend who older brothers grew. Outdoor grows treated as if they were tomatoes...Blood meal, Bone meal, ashes and a dead fish and chicken 💩.😆 HS years grew and helped a friend who built stealth boxes with fans and sodium lights for people basements. I only got into tents and "cold temperature" grows the past decade. If you would have told me in '76 that in 45+ years I'd be growing not going over 76° days and 67° nights I'd have said u r crazy. We cropped, super cropped and LSTed without the fancy names, just something we did.

Props for sticking it out, been watching for years. Consider a switch to Compost Extract instead of brewed teas. Simply put, extracting the existing microbes while not taking the risk of over multiplying a single type throwing off the balance. Unless you're using a scope to identify the results of bubbling its more efficient and less time consuming. I've seen comparable results with less hassles. Happy Growing.

Cali green juice is fpj. Its fermenting in the bottle with the added molasses. Thats why you have to remove the lid 3 times per day. You are releasing gas built up from fermentation.

This is not fermented. It’s used fresh. I’m allowing a then in to the mix so it doesn’t get anaerobic so quickly

Im growing in ocean forest (reused) and im using DTE 444, cal mag, molasses and silica throughout the veg stage and nothing more. So far the plants seem totally fine so im not gonna add anything extra and i only water when the plants tell me they need it 👌👌
