I have enjoyed watching you guys visiting so many of the places I visited in my Honda Jazz in 2006 after my retirement. I didn't do anywhere near the number of gorges you did, but I did enjoy what I could, At 66, and having a fear of heights, I just could not do it. I travelled from Cairns and did 24,000ks + on my trip around Australia. From this trip, I got the bug and got rid of the Jazz and bought a VW Trakka Transporter which I kept for a couple of years before converting a VW Caddy Maxi into a one-person camper. 60 litre fridge, 40 litre water, 130w solar, 120amp hour batttery. I used a solar shower when there was nothing else around. Enjoy. I know I did.

Thanks again for this wonderful v-blog! I used to worry about my van holding up but I also drive it to work everyday and I realized that I had gone several years of no real issues and thousands of miles and nothing bad happening. So now I just trust that it will continue to do that when I go out camping. I am looking into the jerry can deal for my van. Lots of Utah is far from gas stations as well. BTW, Kendall, that looks like a hand knit sweater! You are lucky to have that. Looking forward to your next video in a week or so.

How does Vance go on the rocky terrains out west. My bf and I wanna go out there in a year or so but are afraid the van can’t take the terrain.
@KendallandGlenn3 жыл бұрын
We've put a lot of money into upgrading Vance's suspension, putting fox shocks in, as well as lifting him with heavy duty springs. Add all terrain tyres to that and he goes pretty damn well. Thankfully in Karijini, most of it is tar, so as long as you go slowly through the dirt bits you can still see most of the park :)
