I’m so glad you enjoyed watching this video as much as I enjoyed filming it 🥰. Yes, micellar water can be used before or after face wash. I use it double check if my face is completely dirt free especially because the one I use is no-rinse formula. Ps: only micellar water can be used for your cleansing if you don’t feel like double cleansing. Thanks for watching ❤️
