Was that the Amtrak theme in the beginning? I didn’t even know there was an Amtrak California or that it had its own look. Some big rolling stock on that one. I also noticed the BART subway in the beginning. Can’t find those anywhere! Hang on to that one unless you would by chance be willing to part with it ;)

Coolest trains ever . . . Especially the talgo , always wondered what transition car was ? Like baggage car ?

The (beloved) Talgo VI sets that ran until 2017 until that silly accident had “bat wing” ferings on top of roofs of baggage car that was usually located next to F59PHi locomotive and the other batwing car was a power car that provided electrical power for all other cars. This one usually was next to F40 NPCU. All Talgo VI train sets were retired after 2017 accident and scrapped. Sad.

Jacob Champion the Amtrak California cars where made by OMI in the late 90s you can occasionally find them on eBay

AURORA2294 You can start with an Electrotren Talgo and modify it. It won't be 100% correct, but it is as close as you can get. I'm looking for one since I have two F59PHis and two custom NPCUs.

AURORA2294 They're pretty hard to find and tend to sell for fairly high prices. If you're willing to pay a lot, there is a set on ebay now. No one makes the decals and they will have to be custom printed which can be pricey.
