No one is saying because there isn't a special time to evolve however if I were going to it would be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. each day when there's 2x catch XP and you might drop a lucky egg during that time anyway

Teach them a new attack 90,000 stardust and 90 candy then evolve

@@BbbTtt-r4o that wont work, youd have to ETM for it, it wont learn it thru evolution

If your Beldum has frustration it will not learn the move. If you have removed frustration previously, simply evolve it between 2-5 (I'm sure you're good till 9pm but just to be safe do it before 5) and it will learn the move
