Man...love the science of sound management and your awesome videos/lectures. Unfortunately, I'm often left with a somewhat helpless feeling when I think of my dream home theater. Turns into a night mare when you really want fine champagne, but you know you are working with a cheap beer budget...ha ha. I guess us amateurs with limited resources are left with some major compromises or must hope that the stack of Lotto tickets pans out. Sooooo...how does the average Joe realistically build a listening or HT room and system and deal with the noise and associated issues without ransoming the kids...?

O, Thank you for your support. The first thing you must do is develop a strategy. We must look at the footprint you have to work with and the available dimensions and volume. These numbers will tell us what your issues are, where they are located, and how large they are. From that point, we will create the tactics of treatment towards your strategy.
