Today I made matcha cookies.
I specially made it by putting Nutella in the cookie.
At first, I tried adding white chocolate as a filling, but it was a bit disappointing.
So, after much deliberation, I put Nutella at home and made it once.
The bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of Nutella went really well together.
And this cookie is characterized by its moist and chewy texture.
When I thought about it, I felt that matcha had a bitter, fragrant aroma and the finish was soft and milky.
So, I made cookies with a moist texture rather than a chewy or crunchy texture.
When freshly baked and eaten after cooling, the outside is slightly crispy and the inside is moist.
If you leave it at room temperature for a day or eat it after refrigeration, the overall taste is more moist and chewy :)
