150g unsalted butter
120g dark doverture chocolate (for dough)
100g dark brown sugar
100g white sugar
2 large eggs (or 2 small eggs + 1 yolk)
90g all-purpose flour
30g cocoa powder
5ml vanilla extract (Optional)
2g salt
120g dark coverture chocolate (for topping)
*Coffee (Optional)
1g espresso coffee powder
5ml water

Tips to increase your success rate!
-Use all ingredients at room temperature.
-If you want to reduce the sweetness, remove the topping chocolate and use nuts.
-Dark brown sugar can be replaced with brown sugar. Or you can replace the whole amount of sugar with brown sugar.
-It is recommended to use a hand mixer when mixing eggs and sugar.
-When baking brownies, if you give a shock to the batter once, the brownies will be baked evenly and There are beautiful cracks on the top.
-When mixing powder, do not mix too long. It can cause dryness.
1. Melt butter and chocolate by double boiling or microwave.
*If you are using a microwave, melt it for 1 minute.
2. Mix the coffee powder with water and add to the chocolate mixture.
3. Put egg, sugar, salt and vanilla extract in a bowl.
4. Mix thoroughly for 10 minutes at high speed with a hand mixer.
5. Add the chocolate mixture and mix gently on low speed.
6. Sift the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder and mix gently with a spatula until no powder is visible.
7. Add topping chocolate and lightly mix.
8. Put the batter in the baking paper pan
9. Put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes and bake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
10. Take out the brownie, shock it once, put it in the oven and bake it at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
11. Cool completely with a pan at room temperature.
12. Put on the wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least half a day.
