Mine too! Just gotta throw a spacer in there. And after a season of use it was great! The one bolt we didn’t space enough and scratched a bit but not bad.

Great rack but the load ratings are under way not static on the factory rack. The factory rack can hold a RTT no problem.

From all the research I could find the factory rack was definitely not confidence inspiring. I decided I’d rather be safe than sorry, and just looking at the material thickness between factory and the ungraded rack, I’m happy with the decision I made.

isnt the maximum load based on when driving?

You have 2 max loads. Dynamic load, which is while driving, and static load, which is while parked. Static load will always be higher.
