Steak Egg and Mi Goreng is a go to when getting to camp late. So easy but super satisfying. Crayfish cooked with lemon pepper and soy is a winner too! Gonna have to up my game and get some wagyu I think 😂

That makes my little me goreng with extras look pretty plain. I put all the flavourings in the boiling water and steam a few dim shims ( about two to three per packet) when the dimmies are just walmed through tip them and the noodles into the boiling broth for about a minute and serve. I agree about not enough spice in the packet so I add extra soy and siracha to the broth.

I think it is a great idea to just add a little of the scenery from the places you film. It adds to the idea that this is really out in the boonies.
