Hard to say since batman is bugged right now but if we just go with what patch notes have said everything is still true other than the infinite with I'll Take That. That being said I still think this is going to be a very good perk to be running just due to how much faster you'll be getting cooldowns back as compared to Coffeezila, also most of the cooldown nerfs for batman were primarily aimed at Coffeezila so id say I'll Take That is still going to be top tier just doesn't allow for an infinite anymore

@@spidercas His batarang wasn't working as intended so they pushed out a band aid fix of setting it to a flat 7 second cooldown with no cooldown reduction when picked up. According to Tony on twitter this should be fixed in Wednesdays patch

Another thing to note if anybody isn't convinced that precision grapple is useless: you can already kill off of grapple hook without precision grapple. Simply just immediately neutral dodge into up special after hitting an opponent with the grappling hook. The timing is a little strict and hard to get used to at first, but it becomes a very reliable kill option that you can use to mix up approaches with a way more deadly grappling hook.

This deserves so many more views, by far the highest quality guide I've seen. I noticed you didn't include the frost debuff perk in any of the setups, would you just sub out the flammable perk in the second setup if you wanted to use it?

Thank you so much! Yeah honestly they're both interchangeable just depending on what you'd be looking to accomplish, i.e more dps run flammable, more control over the fight run ice to beat you. I should've mentioned this in the video.

What about the projectile damage perk? I feel like this is like a no brainer choice would also like to see that perk video you mentioned in the begining of the video

Glad to hear you're interested, I'll start working on putting one together here soon. TLDR for the text below you may as well just use Hit Em While They're Down instead of the projectile damage as its just flat out better. As far as the perk goes I presume you're referring to deadshot which applies 5% bonus damage on your projectiles, I don't personally see much value out of this as for similar reasons stated for Up, Up and A-Slay. This perk doesn't provide much extra damage at all and it only applies that damage to the batarang. If you actually want to run an extra damage perk you may as well run Hit Em While They're down as the batarang damage actually triggers after the weaken effect meaning no matter what you'll always be hitting a debuffed target with your batarang so this perk will provide incresed damage to not only your batarang but all attacks as long as the target is debuffed.

Yeah sadly the loop doesn't work anymore but I still personally believe it to be a top tier perk just due to how much cooldowns you'll be getting back as opposed to Coffeezila

Solid A tier perk however I personally don't use it unless I'm on haunted mansion or im playing Steven.

@@kleebay8038 Steven's shields count as walls so by bouncing people int your shields you can get some crazy damage while utilizing collateral damage. As far as combos go though, i may end up making a how to play batman video in the future where ill go over some bread and butter combos and stuff

Working on a video that goes over this specific question, however as an example lets say running something like School Me Once which isnt that good of a perk most of the time, however if youre fighting someone like a projectile spamming Tom and Jerry it can be extremely good

All the clips used in this video were all from one stream where I was testing this loadout, also Ice To Beat You, and that's Flammable Doc are pretty much interchangeable

@@axiinn7019 I'd say personally that Ice To Beat you is better as the 15% slow on command is kinda insane, however Thats Flammable Doc gives a really nice DPS as well. Overall id say they're swappable depending on what you want but I think Ice To Beat you is a tad bit better

The best build determines heavily on your specific playstyle and gameplay. So I wanted to cover exactly what a lot of the popular and/or good batman perks do so at the end of the video you're able to informatively pick a build that will simultaneously be top tier whilst still working for your playstyle. Next time I make a video like this though I'll add a time stamp for when I recommend overall builds that way if people don't care for the analysis on the perks they can go straight to build recommendations.
