Just built this and flew it for the first time today. 4 channel with flaperons. What a delight to fly! Installed the new radial FT motor...1/4 power all the time and still able to do most anything. Highly recommend this plane. Thanks Josh and friends for designing this plane!

I've probably flown well over 100 different rc planes - I love my micros and I seriously love my Freewing F-14... but this is till the best flying RC plane I've ever flown. I'll always have an FT Simple Scout in my hangar!! :)

I bought a RunCam Split for my race quad and had issues getting it to work out. Now I have it installed in my latest Mini Spear. It seems to work better with planes than quads. Cool video!

Those planes are great for FPV and the Runcam Split on a pan is a great idea too but I didn't see it put to use in the video. I just hope the cable can handle all the bending caused by panning. Anyway, please show more episodes using these planes. I'd like to see more barnstorming, formation flying, and all using head trackers.

Those ribbon cables can take a LOT of abuse...been running a similar 808 Mate 1080 dvr with 6 inch ribbon cam on a pan and tilt on a similar airframe for about a year now and its works perfectly. I use head tracking on my FatSharks and near wring my head off every flight.

I still think often about "Super Simple S-Awesome Sassy Scouts With Friends". I love the new videos that focus on big goofy projects, and I understand that The Algorithm rewards those more, but I miss these Let's Fly sessions, too.

Barnstormin'! I've been hoping for interest to develop for better than a year now...Now that you FT guys see how much fun it is, and have even developed a plane design for it maybe we can get some national interest in this fun way of flying. Wait'll you try head tracking on pan and tilt flying from the cockpit of a Barnstorming Vintage design...its a whole new world. This design IMHO seems the best yet!. Love the stability on the Touch N Gos. Great ground handling as well as inverted flying without requiring higher flight speeds. Chads 'Tha Man" on the paint jobs. Ok.. request time... Inverted , through the shed. REAL Barnstormin style (you may get a few dings on the plane and attempt many times, but I'm sure you can do it)

Just watched this video and got all excited about the FPV equipment shown. When I went to check it out it's gone. What's the deal? So I know if I should try to find elsewhere or not, was there a problem with the equipment or was it a business issue with the manufacturer?
