lol, just made the goofiest wonky base, the foundations are a normal shape, like a large hexagon or octagon, but the inside is such a maze and the tc is right next to one of the random walls so most people would try to go to the center and have no idea where the tc actually is, and then for my loot I have the “foundations” are actually half walls so I have all my loot underground protected by three hidden shotgun traps and a hmlmg turret

I feel like with how honeycombing works and rust being a solved game (kinda) using the most anti raid efficient solo bases gets me hit more than an eventually beefed up 2x2 ever will. My guide to raidibg is to hit the base with a full mlrs strike or 2 and then go from there, my best defence from getting raided is making a base so ridiculous that people just dont know where anything is

Console does not have the app. They don’t need it. There is a player list built into the game that you can check whenever you want to see who’s online.

Hey Aunderis, I'm sorry to hear you go. The functionality mentioned in the sponsorship has already existed through Battlemetrics, it just packages it together visually in an app UI. The app could also be used to know when players are online so you can raid during that time if you prefer. I can also imagine that for solo players, it can be very difficult to have fun raiding if you're always going up against large groups. The app could make it useful to know when some group members are offline so you can raid with one or two members online for a more even fight. I'm all about visual data, so I like the idea of choice and letting individuals decide how to interpret it and make their own decisions. However, if the sponsored segment crossed a line for you, I apologise. I hope you can still appreciate the effort that went into the main content and that you enjoyed the video overall :)

Jfarr has always put out educational rust videos take the information how you want to but he did not advocate offline raiding simply how to monitor enemies active and non active times in order to gain an advantage at the time of the raid. But I'm more than certain in your time of rust you have encountered a large group with an even larger base, an ungodly amount of turrets and outers. Thanks, but more importantly, please teach us how to stop counter Raiders. Also, what should we do about the TC? Just rocket it and replace? I did one raid on my last wipe and when i got in and blew up the TC, a counter raider hiding outside just blew me up with a rocket as i was placing my new TC. Extremely frustrating. No TC means no building so i was a sitting duck.

Refular flame thrower is actually more efficient than Molotov this is a mistake on the Vid (Military flame thrower is bugged tho and wastes a lot of lowgrade). Regular flame thrower uses 70-80 low grade for wood door and about 170-180 for wall. Dont craft it thow its too expensive. If you find one full HP or have the BP to repair it if you flame raid. Plus they are a lot quiter you can raid even if your neighbours are online

The most cost efficient way of raiding is torpedos, 90 torpedos for a stone wall thats 1080 sulfur and it has a gigantic splash radius, same goes for metal and armored wall 200 for metal and 400 for armored. Only issue is that it takes a long time to shoot all these torpedos and counters will show up real fast with this many loud explosions but you can get around that by building a twig structure underwater and aligning your sub so it faces upwards so the torpedos swim to the surface and then your only counterable by another submarine or some guy with a jackhammer and a diving set.
