Solid vids and love that you're keeping this build strong. How have you changed up your gem/runeglass setup since this last patch? I'm finding my 2%x5 ice on armour, 5% on ring and 8% dot (40% ice) on rapier just severely lacking with all the elemental resistance and thrust resistance stacking. Struggling to find someone who is looking for a way to make this build stay strong. though im stuck with a pvp pene backstab + frost attune rapier after 66 tracks of no officer's ceremony

I have no idea why they decided to nerf flourish and finish. It's the only offensive ability that feels useful on the rapier and now it feels awful on the PTR. Hope they decide to revert this change before it goes live

@@anonym-- yeah i agree, they shouldve kept at least the first stagger. lots of outplay you can do with it if you're good enough. just ags lowering the skill cap

@@anonym-- having double stagger on a weapon that is basically useless offensively otherwise is not OP to me especially since both the staggers happen almost simultaneously. But in my PTR feedback post I did recommend to keep at least one of the staggers as a compromise

Rapier Flourish and Finish no longer staggers. Flurry’s final upgrade Finalize upgrade no longer staggers and was reworked to apply a stack of the bleed used by the rest of the tree on successful hit. Is this rapier building dead? I wanted to start using it (Sorry for the bad English, I'm Brazilian)

The first part of Flourish and Finish staggers still. However, there is a lot of magic damage right now which this build suffers against. Rapier/IG is in a pretty weak place at the moment. You could play the Ice Spike / Rapier build though!

@@rifie1495 well all the changes are on PTR so stuff is subject to change even more or not at all. hoping they rethink their decision about flourish and finish in particular - maybe even give offensive rapier players some buffs so it can actual be used as a viable spec
