The only thing you can do is read surah al Baqarah daily try to read it all in one day. I've been doing this since last month then I started to destroy quran so I'm listening to the surah now. I'm told sihr is very strong on me and reading the surah punishes the jinns so they punish me. I wish Allah would have mercy on me and cure us and help me now instead of making me suffer with more new problems daily

Salam, my husband and l have been doing ruqya for a few months now and last month it stopped with sihr renewing till mid November… it’s been so bad even when i do ruqyas before sleep to stop these attacks i wake up around 3 am and this begins again. I haven’t slept more than 2 hrs straight a night for two weeks now. I will try this Ruqya tonight and update how it goes. In Sha Allah Pray for us !

Is that sign of evil in my body, it is since 1-2 mounth. Im stressed and overthinking. I have bad feeling in the middle of my body, i smell very much different smell even if the object is not there.
