Welcome back to the channel, Natasha and myself head off to a hip camp (private property ) on the outskirts of Sydney. Chapman valley offers some great secluded campsites as well as a main campground. Horse riding is also available. just a 2 hour drive for us it was a great option.

Another superb getaway. You can tell you two have been doing this for awhile. You both have the routine down path. Love seeing you cook purely from the camp fire. I'm yet to 100% do all my cooking on the camp fire. I still reach for my Jetboil when heating up water for coffee/tea, and the gas cooker for eggs and veggies. Good one. 👍

I’ve been dragging Natasha out bush for 20 years now, not bad for someone who said they would never camp 😂😂. To be honest we can’t even do a normal holiday now , we look at the prices and accommodation and end up just hooking up the camper 😂😂. Same with the camp over, we have been cooking out of that thing for a long time. We still have a jetboil but there is something relaxing about putting the billy on the fire 👍 Thanks for watching, we really appreciate it

Mate,been past there a million times .never knew you could camp there.Since Sheepskin hut still closed ,might have to give it a go.Says dog friendly but with cattle around,maybe not.Any lamb shanks left ?

Yeah i have been hanging out for sheepskin hut too reopen, national parks are taking there time 🤦‍♂️. I suppose depends how good your dog is around the cattle 😂. Lamb shanks were demolished that night 😂😂. Thanks for watching

I noticed you're driving around with the rear windows covered up and towing a trailer. Are you not concerned that this is illegal and puts others at risk?? Do you plan to remove the illegal window covers or continue to be ignorant of the road rules?

Are you ignorant to the fact that side mirrors are the legal requirement? What about utes with canopies? Are you saying they are illegal because they can’t make use of their internal rear vision mirror? Many use the thermal window covers and not a defect issued by the Police.

@@explorethebush Not ignorant of the fact at all. Have been pulled over by NSW and QLD police whilst towing in a very similar config and was told to remove the window blockings. It is also illegal to have reflective serfaces connected to the window to prevent the heat as this is a distraction to other motorist. It is all about the amount of light coming into the vehilce. This is called Visible Light Transmission. “VLT is an equivalent to percentage of light coming through car windows, therefore 35 percent VLT blocks 65 percent of total light coming through.” And according to the legislation cited, all states and territories limit the VLT for a vehicle’s back window at 20 percent, except the Northern Territory, which has a 15 percent standard. Therefore blocking rear windows on any vehicle fitted with them is against the law.
