So these won't be the "perfect" version of this food, but the best ones you can find there and letting you know how accessible these healthier options are now! Especially since most people have & visit Target regularly. Yes - he is marketing his app, bc this is his job! Maybe instead, just a "thank you" for the FREE info while he also makes a living for his family. That's called a win-win.

That is always what makes me nervous about healthy brands that become popular. It's happened to too many to list here. They are betting on the brand's stellar reputation that you'll keep buying, but in the meantime, they have changed the ingredients to increase profits. Since we don't often look at them again once we've deemed them ok.

@@passionateherbs8183 thanks for this information. This is happening a lot. We all need to check ingredients at all times. This happened with the Raos sauce. It was acquired by a bigger franchise and they replaced the good oil with a bad one.

I love that I get wonderful homegrown eggs from my sweet little hens 😊 I feed them soy free and corn free feed and they get the bugs and garden scraps being free range. Best eggs ever! The yolk is golden yellow ☀️

I've learned to save money by buying grass fed ground beef & to forego organic if it is grass fed by watching your channel. I buy larabar but now will buy good & gather bars to save money. I buy organic ground beef from Costco & buy frozen organic blueberries & frozen organic mixed berries from them. However, I stopped using sugar 4 yrs ago & feel healthier. Lost weight naturally. It has now been a year since I stopped using salt & don't miss it. Prepackaged foods from grocery stores have too much salt; also restaurant foods. I only buy lower sodium foods like Amy's lentil soups. Unfortunately, there is not that much options for less sodium or no added sugar foods. I am now going to search Target for healthier options.

I totally agree with you. Whether he is paid for what he's doing or not is of no concern to me. Since I went plant-based quite a few years ago it's hard to find clean items for me to eat. Instead of me spending most of my time in stores reading every single label every single time Bobby has done that for me. Alejandro - You mean a certified or licensed nutritionist? Because doctors only receive a tiny amount of nutritional instruction in their four years of medical school. It’s only 19 hours over those four years! And unfortunately they then don’t stay on top of changes and updates once they’re in a practice. I’m for my doctors and specialists, but not when it comes to current or detailed nutritional information.

Didn't you make an almost 7-minute video on how rice is full of arsenic and should only be organic, grown in Cali, washed so many times, arsenic content greater in brown and wild because of the hull still being there, etc., etc.? At least in my neck of the woods the good & gather boneless & skinless chicken tenderloins are the same price as walmarts. But is better quality chicken. I serve it with the ready to eat Indian spiced rice and the Mediterranean frozen veggie blend. The meat and veg to in the air fryer the rice in the microwave. Quick, easy and delish!
