You’ve got a great eye for tools and mechanical. One thing I would spend an hour a week on is investing financially. I had an old timer tell me this in 02’ when i was just starting out. It’s served me well and I pass it on.

I too once had a bit problem, they were everywhere in half filled cases. I bought some Ernst Bit bosses, saved so much space and organized all the partial sets of bits I had. Unless they’re name brand bits that can be warrantied, they remain in their case.
