Beautiful production and very inspiring. We were in Switzerland in 2019 and can't wait to go back. As a lifetime trail runner now suffering from long COVID and unlikely to be running as I was only a few months ago - my advice is to enjoy your running to the fullest and be in every moment Lisa.
