Hey roman, ntlite gives you no option to revert and sharing modded isos can be sketchy. I do have plans on an updated ntlite guide. Although there is no difference in performance vs this. Thanks for the donation.

1:18:00 Low latency mode in Nvidia panel does work in games that don't have Reflex built in. I've been using it in Team Fortress 2 for ages and can clearly feel the mouse input difference between on or off. It used to be called Maximum pre-rendered frames (off = 3, on = 1, ultra = 0 prerendered frames).

Sir I just wanted to hop in here and say, you sir are a GOAT. I haven’t been able to get my pc running semi smoothly for months. Gave up reset my pc for the 5th time this year, followed this vid pretty much to the T and my desktop is now butter DESTINY 2 the most unoptimized game I’ve touched is now butter. Coming from my UNSMOOTH 120 fps in 6’s to my now SMOOTH 150-160 fps. Thank you! ❤

Timer resolution is very much not placebo. It is true that programs do change your timer to a lower one when using them. But I've found that something like Chrome changes it to 1.000 whilst some games change it to 0.500. Also, sometimes when you play a game and it's being changed to 0.500 if you then alt+tab and open your browser it then gets changed to 1.000 and even after you close your browser and tab back in to the game it does not get changed back to 0.500. So having something that forces it to 0.500 at all times is good. I'm thankful for this. Now, weather there is an actual difference between 1.000 and 0.500 when it comes to performance or latency that is up for debate but might aswell make sure it is set correctly at all times.

interesting, on my rig its only about 40 fps difference between titles. vanilla vs optimized (with bios settings done on both of course) i suppose it could depend, weaker systems could be different!

@@FR33THY i was actually somewhat surprised to gain such a higher average fps. My system was already pretty optimized i would like to think. Before this guide, i was running around 110 Processes after boot. Now I am running 80. My specs: 2070 (OC) and i5-9600K (5.2ghz OC) hehe

Yea I figured it out I’m on Lenovo legion 5i pro 2024 right after the windows store step removal and restarting is when it happens. Had to create a restore point to figure out which step was causing it. Hope this helps.

Hi Fr33thy I have done most of the optimizations on my PC and it works perfectly the number of fps I gain is still impressive I have been doing your optimizations for years and it has never disappointed me, on this one I I just have a problem when I deactivate Windows security I can't play Valorant because of a problem because the game needs flow control protection and there would be a way to deactivate security on windows while keeping flow control activated via a regedit line or a line to delete in the security.ps1 file?

@@blank7668 So I basically ran the script again and chose Default to restore the normal settings. Then I edited the script with notepad++ and removed every line with quick access in it. Worked perfectly!
