maybe because we have to solve it like regular absolute value equation but only benefit is it have absolute value at the end so we dont have to verify the answer

@@shahrukhnawaz-gw8kw Actually it's because if I have |a| = |b| then it means the distance of a from zero is equal to the distance of b from zero Now a can either be equal to b or negative b right? For example if we a is 5 then b can either b -5 or 5 to satisfy this condition |a| = |b|
