Once again I have found this video to be filled with great stuff, just like all your others!! I teach mental skills to athletes and your advice is so right on that I recommend your training to all my ball players, baseball and softball! If I could add one thing to point #2 of bringing confidence with you to the plate... there is no better confidence builder than a ball player who has thoroughly prepared themselves by mastering their most recent batting practice skills training. If they work towards "owning" their BP so much that when they are done they walk away (from the cage, batting tee, visualized swings) knowing that they nailed that experience... that will carry a lot of real confidence into their next at bat! Keep up the great work, can't wait to see your next video! The Inner Athlete

You are so right about having fun. I haven't played a real game pf baseball in 2 years because I hurt my rotator cuff really bad and then covid happened and for me personally it couldn't have happened at a more important time of my life because I was on track to going pro but now I just feel really sloppy, slow, un motivated, and just not as confident in my ability

I think a video on how to communicate with umpires would be very beneficial, both for hitters and pitchers, as well as fielders, especially catchers. I'm an umpire and there is a right and wrong way to talk to us, and even to disagree with us.
