@@seekunderstanding4280 both are good add ons to your diet I have had good results with both currently I use protein powder it helps meet my daily protein requirements because I'm not a big eater and protein powder is great for post workout because it's gets to your muscles to start the recovery process in 20 mins versus a chicken breast that takes 2 to 3 hours to digest

A woman wants a man who has a beast body, you shouldn't care about how your face looks like as a man, you can take care of your skin and hair, that's mandatory, but the body is where it's at. I remember going to Houston with a group of friends. I’m the shortest out of them all standing at 5’11. 3 of them are 6’2 and up but my build stand out. We were with a group of women at a lounge and they couldn’t stop talking about how broad my shoulders were and the size of my legs. That showed me at that moment no matter how quiet you are, or how tall you are the body game always matter most. But when you get the attention you gotta hold a conversation. I’ve been saying this for a long time. There is a difference between being attractive and sexually attractive. I can attest to this. Been working hard on my body and went from 57.6 kg to a lean 72 kg in 8 months. A few days ago, I was having a conversation with one of my female colleague and she literally couldn't look me in the eyes the whole time. Out of the blue, she went "Do you work out, because I can tell by your body". Lol, ain't gonna smash her tho fyi!

I don't trust being a "big guy" simply b/c a couple of years ago I used to be that and had to take what I could get. The women options I had were not necessarily women I'd go for now. When I was heavier (240lbs plus) I wasn't as healthy or confident in myself. Maybe the confidence part had more of an impact than I was aware of. I always had a handsome face and good haircuts and held my weight well from my days of playing college football and working blue collar jobs. Now I'm a beast back down to my playing weight and stronger, healthier and happier than at any point in my life.
