turbine and compressors rotate at different speeds if they are connected they can''t therefore compressor shaft is hollow and the turbine shaft passes through it which is connected to the fan in front.

there are 2 tools to solve it . Airbus A380 have tri axial shaft the shaft and Terbain pair each with own RPM . U can have 2 ot 3 or 4 maybe . or gearbox from geared turbofan engine
