The thing is that this fusion would be redundant really. If ultra ego obtains power from being harmed and ultra instinct is essentially negating all damage from dodging then the combination of the two would really be a disservice, at least to the unique aspects each form serves, especially ultra ego. However, the power would still be insane

I feel like the combination of the two transformations would be broken. Like you have ultra instincts reflexes making you so much harder to hit, but if you get hit and take damage you can grow stronger. Which makes it even more of a losing fight to anyone who's trying to fight them.

But if we remove super armor, then change slight damage boost to massive. You get this form by going into a new map. Beerus planet via transport bot. Then train with beerus to the max. Beat beerus with a Z rank on all fights WITHOUT using limit burst, specials, ultimates, or awokens, you must also complete the mission when your health is low. So when your health gets to the red outline and you finish the mission, you're one step closer to getting UE. UE can be used by any race.
