I like how encouraging you are with a beginner that will (obviously) find things difficult that is easy for you now. It can feel very daunting to perform something when you know everyone else around is more advanced than you.

It’s not at all surprising that every non gymnast excels in your videos. Nile, Ash, and Luke are genuinely so patient, supportive, and encouraging. You’re all great coaches while having such a laugh. Lovely videos

This woman’s physicality is off the charts… 👏 🙌 Seriously. She overcame her fears and went for it early on.

I suffered a broken back a few years ago. Since then I have had a hard even walking properly. So watching you all do flips and teaching others to do a little is so awesome to see. Keep doing what you do becouse it's beautiful to see people overcome their own mind to do a flip.

I think that's the quickest progression of someone with no gymnastics training I've ever seen. Incredible strength and body self awareness.
@millacabral94752 жыл бұрын
She had some gymnastics training, said so in the beginning. It wasn't advanced, the most she probably got up to was doing back handsprings on her own and maybe some beam and bars work (like a pull over or maybe even a kip), but she clearly had some experience with handstands and the rolls. And she was able to take their feedback and apply it really well, which is rare for people to do so efficiently, though elite athletes tend to be better at that because they have to learn their techniques really well.

she said she did gymnastics until she was 11, and she's not all that old now...
@ozarklisa11992 жыл бұрын
She has the most balanced build (her structure) that I've ever seen. She could excel in anything she tries, I'll bet. If she ever decided to be a bodybuilder she'd be miles ahead of the competition just because of her build. She is the strongest person! And body awareness and ability to do something terrifying... Really interesting and cool person. At the beginning, with the foot touches, she reminded me of a dressage horse. Springy muscle.

Ultra runner? She looks like a CrossFiter or sprinter. Super strong. I guess anyone who’s young and healthy can run far. I did a marathon with 3 weeks of training in my 20s. Wasn’t fun and trashed my body but again, young and fit goes a long way
