Some of these other home tour guys just turn on a camera and start pointing at lamps and beds and tvs and shit (and skip all the important basic home explinations that actually matter to what you can get )...This guy Chakits is a true professional, his knowledge on the details is what sets him apart..he actually doesnt JUST go above and beyond but he explains things so well its like he trained to do this since he was a kid or something... Love the black window trim, love the wainscoting throughout, love the 6'' baseboards and love the kitchen backslash. I hate white grout - over time those lines are going to look filthy no matter what you do.

Heebee jeebies, you are looking good. The floorplan is excellent. That entrance hall tile design, like wow. Moi, would keep the 4 car garage. Been looking at 70s land yachts. Really have my eye on a 72 imperial le baron 2 door, black, white vinyl top, white interior, with the bench bucket seats. All arm rests have a cigarette lighter, so you drive yourself to your own funeral. 😂

21:11 that Prada boutique is an actual structure and not a painting. I passed it driving from here in El Paso years ago. It's in the middle of nowhere about four hours from El Paso. The photo in this video doesn't show the individual purses displayed in the window which were there when I passed by it back in 2010. I believe it was part of a movie scene.

It's a nice house, but dude as a person that may potentially sell this house, you give a little to much detail. Let the buyer figure some of that out on their own. Floating the tile TMI, they might stump their toe TMI. Aside from that, you're doing an amazing job showing these beautiful homes.
