Proud of Bryce and Jen making a goal, sticking with the training through all kinds of weather, medial issues and accomplishing their goal. My favorite part was the long awaited proposal! I'm so happy Jen got the unique ring she wanted. My least favorite was the drive from Bumble Bee Ranch up to Black Canyon City in the dark. It was similar to the Space Mountain ride at Disney World, that I LOVE. However, while driving I really could go off a cliff. Might have been no big deal for Mother Trucker. On a positive note I got a surprise cardio workout. My other most favorite part was spending time with new friends, old friends and family plus great food. The "Crew" was a very impressive, inspirational, fun, and a friendly group. They appeared to be professionals. I would hire the whole crew!

I'm half an hour into the chat. Great to hear all of these extra insights into how your training went. Taper weeks sound good to me, though I can imagine that fear of lost gains being real!

I am so glad that I stumbled upon you channel! I am training for my first half marathon (2 weeks to go yay!!) and have definetly already got the bug! I can't wait for this race (Sydney half marathon) already have the next one in line (Point to Pinnacle half marathon in Tasmania) and can't wait for my first full marathon... Running an Ultra wont be far behind. You guys make it look possible and are so inspiring! Keep up the great energy and authenticity!

Really interesting to listen to this deep dive! (Watched a bit on the channel and then listened to the rest on Spotify walking the dog!) The drop bags at ultra races are invaluable when you aren't allowed to have or don't have a crew! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for watching and listening!! I was curious how the drop bag system would work but I’m so glad they have that for other runner that don’t have the opportunity to have crew mates, maybe one day we will try that!

I got to watch this while on the stair mill at the gym and I definitely had the biggest smile on my face and had the occasional most embarrassing bursts of laughter 😂 my favorite people and my favorite new friends!!! You said it best - we were all there to support the best people and it was an absolute blast!!! Can I hire the PACT to crew for the 29029 Everest challenge?!
